Relief Senior Sous Chef

Overview

Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for relief Sous Chefs on behalf of our client based in Aldeburgh. The successful candidate will be working as part of the catering team, responsible for overseeing the kitchen team and for the preparation and serving of meals to customers. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

Job Role

• Assist with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers
• Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
• Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in a contract catering related environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential
