Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

Working alongside our Business Development Manager, you’ll support the delivery of both temporary and permanent recruitment across the following sectors:

  • Industrial & Manufacturing
  • Construction
  • Commercial
  • Catering & Hospitality
  • Healthcare & Social Work

Initially, this role will be office-based while you learn our processes, systems, and client base. Once fully established in the role, hybrid working options will be available.

The Role
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent vacancies.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Matching candidates to suitable opportunities.
  • Coordinating interviews and managing the offer process.
  • Supporting with client account management and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and client records using the CRM system.
  • Assisting with business development activities and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Your Experience/ Requirements
  • Previous recruitment experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
