Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Setter Operator on behalf of our well-known client, who specialises in the manufacturing of high-quality bespoke products for the construction industry, based in Colchester Essex.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends Off
• Day time hours

The Role

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to produce high-quality components
• Work accurately from technical drawings, specifications, and sketches
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure all work meets required tolerances
• Calculate flat/blank sizes from drawings when required
• Carry out adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency in production
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality targets

Your Experience/ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication sketches
• Experience calculating blank sizes and understanding bending allowances
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment
