Overview

Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for a Temporary to Permanent Manufacturing Operative on behalf of our well-known client, a leading cosmetic manufacturer who develop bespoke products. The role is based on the outskirts of Ipswich. Our client is seeking a detail oriented individual to assist in the manufacture of cosmetics, according to strict formulations and methods, the role includes weighing raw materials, heating of vessels and mixers to produce quality batches of product.

The Role
  • Manufacture of cosmetics with strict adherence to given formulations and methods, including weighing raw materials, heating of vessels and mixers to produce quality batches of product.
  • Stock control of Concentrate products.
  • Cleaning of vessels, work area and machinery.
  • Ensure department follows company policy/procedures including GMP, GLP and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Filtration: Compliance with COSHH, RIDDOR, GMP and health and Safety regulations.
  • To manufacture, filter and replenish extract/cosmetic stock concentrates.
  • Ensure coherence to internal filtration specifications and associated admin protocol.
  • To adhere to filtration schedules and report constraints.
  • To work within either the cosmetics or filtration departments as required.
  • To ensure general good housekeeping of the company and its facilities.
  • To work alone or as part of the team.
  • To maintain the highest possible standard of quality in line with the company’s ethics and missions.
  • To attend training courses as and when required.
Your Experience/ Requirements
  • Must hold a driving license and own your own transportation due to location
  • Previous experience working in production, ideally in a manufacturing company within a related field such as skin care, pharmaceuticals or food.
  • Have an organised, pro-active approach, numeracy skills and a good eye for detail.
  • Previous experience working within a ‘clean’ environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including written and spoken English
