Kitchen Porter

Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter on behalf of our client, a 4-star resort based on the outskirts of Maldon. You will be required to support the Kitchen Management team with the day to day running of the Kitchen.

The Role

• Ensure that cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
• To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
• Ensure bins are used for the correct waste, supporting recycling and promoting good waste management
• Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
• To assist the chefs with essential food preparation as required, including peeling and chopping vegetables

Shifts

• Working either, or a combination of, the following shifts:
• 7.30am – 4.00pm
• 12.30pm – 9.00pm
• 3.00pm – 11.30pm
• Working 5 days out of 7 which could include working weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis
