Duty Manager

Overview

Temp All Staffing are recruiting for a dynamic and organised Part-time Duty Manager on behalf of our client, a premier wellness facility. As the facility continues to grow, they need a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure every guest receives world-class service. This is a vital role that bridges department management and front-of-house excellence.

Job Role
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing all departments and acting as the senior point of contact in the absence of executive management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver service excellence.
  • Guest Journey: Assist Front of House with reservations and manage the end-to-end guest experience, including resolving complaints with professionalism.
  • Financial & Admin: Utilise hospitality IT systems and Microsoft Office to manage bookings, produce reports, and maintain financial accuracy.
sHIFT Pattern

Full flexibility is required across a Monday – Sunday rota (including 2 weekends per month):

  • Early: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Mid: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Late: 11:30 – 20:30
Your Skills and Experience
  • Transport: Due to the rural location, there is no access via public transport. A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential.
  • Experience: Proven background in hospitality management or supervision.
  • Skills: Strong decision-making, exceptional organisational skills, and computer literacy (Hospitality IT & MS Office).
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
