Catering Assistant

Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for Catering Assistants on behalf of our client. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly manner, joining a passionate and friendly team, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be available to work from Thursday 26th June – Friday 4th July 9:00am – 7:00pm

The Role

• Serving both hot and cold food with a high level of customer service
• Being knowledgeable about the food service, allergen awareness and assisting with customers with their choices
• Preparing food and beverages as required
• Ensuring the front of house areas are clean and tidy before, during and after service
• Supporting the Kitchen Porters to ensure a smooth food service
• Collation and delivery of food items around the site
• Creating attractive food and counter displays
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations

Your Experience/ Requirements

• Previous experience in catering preferred but not essential
• Excellent customer service skills
• To be polite, professional, and friendly to customers and colleagues.
• Work well in a team as well as the ability to work independently
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
• Work well under pressure and to tight timescales
• Have a safety-first mind set
