Breakfast Chef

Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of our client, to work within a fine dining restaurant in Leiston, Suffolk.

To be overall responsible for the day to day running across sections
Input ideas to assist with the making of creative menus
Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.

Previous chef experience preferably within fine dining and working with fresh produce
Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation
Full understanding and proven experience of health and safety standards
Standards driven, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and to specific time frames.
