Chef de Partie / Sous Chef

Overview

Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client of ours in Halesworth, Suffolk. They are growing rapidly and are seeking several chefs at varying levels to support their growth. The successful candidates will be working as part of the catering team, responsible for the preparation and serving of meals to customers. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

Job Role

• Assist with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers
• Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy
• Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience in a contract catering related environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to follow instructions
• Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential
