Overview

We are seeking experienced and passionate Relief Chefs on behalf of our client, to join their kitchen team, at a family run restaurant based in the heart of Ipswich.

Job Role

• To be overall responsible for the day to day running of your section
• Assist with the preparation of food and the serving of all meals to customers.
• Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
• Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed.

Shifts

• 10:00am – 10:30pm
• or splits 10am – 4pm, and 4pm – 10:30pm

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous Chef experience
• Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation
• Full understanding and proven experience of H+S and EHO requirements
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to follow instructions.
