Warehouse Coordinator

Overview

Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator on behalf of our client. As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will drive daily productivity and ensure service levels are consistently met. Leading a team of Warehouse Operatives within a high-volume inbound and outbound environment, you will be responsible for the seamless dispatch of orders and the management of all associated logistics paperwork. This role is pivotal to the site’s success, providing direct support to the Account Manager and ensuring that health, safety, and quality standards remain paramount.

The Role

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring all orders are despatched on time and paperwork is accurately distributed to hauliers and customers.
• Team Management: Conduct colleague reviews, team meetings, investigations, and disciplinary hearings.
• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve all customer service queries and stock inventory discrepancies.
• Safety & Quality: Maintain rigorous Health & Safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment and high-quality control.
• Development: Support training initiatives and champion employee wellbeing across your team.

Your Experience/ Requirements

• Direct Experience: Experience working in a senior position within a busy warehouse environment
• Leadership: Strong organisational and supervisory skills with excellent time management.
