Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie on behalf of our client, working in reputable venue, based in Mersea, Colchester.

Job Role

• To be overall responsible for the day to day running of your section
• Assist with the preparation of food to customers.
• Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
• Ensuring all food and health and safety regulations are followed.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous Chef experience
• Knowledge of food preparation methods and presentation
• Full understanding and proven experience of H+S and EHO requirements
• Standards driven, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to specific time frames.
