Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer on behalf of our well-known client, who specialise in the manufacturing of high-quality bespoke products for the construction industry, based in Colchester Essex.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends Off
• Day time hours
• 40 hours contracted per week

The Role

• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating efficient and accurate CNC programs for laser cutting, water jet cutting, and Trumpf punching machines using Radan CAD/CAM software.
• You will work closely with the production and design teams to ensure optimized material usage and accurate part output

Your Experience/ Requirements

• Proven experience programming with Radan CAD/CAM software.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes, cutting tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
• Experience with nesting software and best practices for material optimization.
• Proficiency in working with DXF/DWG/STEP files.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in SolidWorks – sheet metal knowledge. ( preferred)
• Experience with Trumpf punching machines and/or lasers is essential. (preferred)
