Children’s Residential Senior Support Worker

Overview

Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Support Workers on behalf of our client based in Thaxted, Great Dunmow. You will be responsible for leading the team and supporting young individuals with complex needs including Challenging Behaviours, Learning Disabilities, Complex care needs and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties within a privately owned home.

Shifts

• Day shifts: 7:30am – 3:00pm / 14:30pm – 10:00pm

The Role

• Meeting the needs of the Children and Young people in line with Ofsted regulations
• Organising and facilitating Social Activities (out of school)
• Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping)
• Personal Care where required
• Leading and running shifts
• Administering medication

Your Experience/ Requirements

• Full UK driving license or UK automatic license
• Care experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
