Since using your agency I can not fault you at all, your replies to my requests are instant, your mannerisms are very friendly and professional. You are able to cover the shifts extremely fast which shows that you have really good bonds with your staffing team. Your staff also speak very highly of you too. I feel that I can approach you with any concerns and cancellations which in my previous experience with other agencies this is not an easy thing to do but you are so kind, understanding, and approachable. I enjoy seeing you when you pop into the home as its always lovely to see your friendly face.
