Job Role

Our health care assistants and support workers will: –

Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:

• Manual Handling and Mobility
• Fluid and Nutritional Intake
• Personal Care
• Dressing
• Continence Care
• Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect
• Participation in recreational activities
• Prompt and assist with medication when required

Education, Skills and Qualifications

Full training will be offered to successful candidates however, 6 month’s experience working within a Care Role is preferred but not essential.
